We are manufacturer & exporters of Carbon & Graphite segment rings in India. Our graphite segmented rings are used in steam, water & gas turbines, The Carbon segmented rings are used in compressors, These are used specifically for different types of industries like Power plants, sugar, cement, textiles, and electricity boards etc.
These Carbon graphite segmented rings which are also used in compressors are used as the piston rod packing rings. These rings are single or segmented sealing rings used for rotating shafts and reciprocating piston rods. Sealing is achieved by the spring which contains the segments coupled with uniform spring tension and which ensures perfect matching for trouble-free smooth operation of the compressors or turbines. We manufacture these segmented CARBON GRAPHITE RINGS as per customers drawings.

The latest generation high pressure API 682 50-seriesmechanical seal is designed for high pressure applications, such as crude oil, hot water, light hydrocarbons, including, at oil producing, oil transportation, oil refineries and petrochemical plants, power plants. Depending on the application, it is made single, tandem or double.
Tests show that a traditional seal has leakage rate of 150-250 ml/hour at 50 bar, 3000 rpm, oil 35°C. Why? Because of high pressure, seals faces bend, and the small gap between the faces goes out of parallel. The gap becomes conical. Because of this, the fluid film in the gap does not act as in a sliding bearing anymore. Friction and wear increase. It is clearly seen during testing: when the test rig is switched off, the shaft stops immediately because of high friction. And when the seal is disassembled after an 8 hour run, initial wear is already seen on the faces.
In the 50-series seal, faces have been carefully designed using FEA (finite element analysis). The good results are immediately seen during testing: when the test rig is switched off, the shaft rotates for 8-10 seconds because of inertia (it points to low friction). And when the seal is disassembled after an 8 hour run, NO initial wear can be seen on the faces. Leakage rate is as little as 15-30 ml/hour at the same 50 bar, 3000 rpm, oil 35°C. The leakage rate is 10 times less!
Last Longer: Exhaustive testing has created vanes that provide the optimum fit for our products. They have been proven to last upto 4 times longer than non-genuine vanes.
Decrease Running Costs: our high-quality carbon vanes are designed to work efficiently, reducing wear rate, producing less carbon dust resulting in a less filter and oil change requirement.
Reduced Pump Running Temperatures: Low friction forces of our genuine vanes are proven to reduce temperatures inside the vacuum chamber. This can reduce pump running temperatures by 10°-20°С when compared to non-original vanes. Keeping the temperature within the original operating parameters increases the overall life of other internal components such as the stator and rotor bearing. This also reduces the ambient temperature of the pump, which can be critical in some temperature sensitive manufacturing processes.
Reduced Wear On Pump Housing: low quality vanes will cause additional wear as it slides on the stator. Our high quality vanes are designed and fitted by the us to work seamlessly with the stator, therefore reducing wear and minimising maintenance needs.
Maintain Pump Efficiency: Genuine vanes provide the optimal fit against the internal surface of the cylinder. This is key as the rotor turns and the pressure increases in the cell between two vanes. If the fit is not correct, this can cause the pump to work harder to reach pressure and maintain vacuum levels. This additional stress can increase power consumption, and lead to premature equipment failure.
We are providing High Grade Carbon Graphite Bushing, primarily adopting Semi Coke made from High Grade Jurassic Coal. This is regarded as a New Type of Carbon Material, substituting some Metallurgical Coke. In general, Semi Coke has successfully replaced Coke, Pet-coke, and Charcoal. As an end result, Production cost is reduced, quality is maintained or upgraded, and most importantly, we can reduce the Production Cost and Pass-on the Benefits to Customers.

Graphite rings are used in especially aluminium billet casting moulds, and may be produced as requested dimensions where the max diameter is 560mm. High quality graphite (isostatic) is preferred for all graphite rings that superior surface quality and sensitive scale tolerance.
Graphite rods can be divided into moulding, extrusion and isostatic pressing. Widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electronics, chemical and other industries.
Carbon graphite bearings are self-lubricating bearings made from graphite, a crystalline form of carbon. They are used in many industries, including automotive, aerospace, mining, power, and food and pharmaceutical.
Graphite electrodes nipples are used to connect two or more electrodes into column. And the purpose of that is to realize continuous use of electrodes in electric arc furnace steelmaking process. Nipples, with conventional external threads surface, are the important clamping device to extend the electrode length. Doing this avoids the unproductive consumption in smelting. As a technical manufacturer, we know that the mismatch between the graphite electrode body and the nipple will lead to the electrode breaking during use. This not only just is an unproductive consumption in smelting, but also increases the amount of carbon in the molten steel. For these reasons, all electrode nipples are produced by our factory, not purchased.
Graphite mould has gradually become the preferred material for mould making due to its good physical and chemical properties. Tongang graphite mould has been widely used in some fields, such as graphite mould for continuous casting and semi-continuous casting of non-ferrous metals, graphite mold for pressure casting, Graphite mould for centrifugal casting
Hot pressing graphite mold, graphite mould for glass moulding, sintering mould, and other diamond sintered graphite molds, etc., if you need to manufacture graphite moulds with unique specifications, our manufacturing process: first, the designer according to the use requirements of the product (part), Design the mould structure, draw the drawings, and then process the various machines according to the requirements of the drawings by skilled workers (such as lathes, planers, milling machines, grinding machines, electric sparks, wire cutting and other equipment) do a good job of each part on the mould, and then assemble and debug until you can produce qualified and satisfactory products.
We offer only high-Quality MB Seal Rings. Metal-Backed We Offer Only High-Quality MB Seal Rings.
Manufacture for Metal-Backed Seal Rings Carbon Type MB carbon/graphite compressor seal rings are typically double-face seals that provide critical sealing for high-speed compressors and turbines. The seals are installed over the shaft, sandwiched either between a rotating or a stationary face. The hardness of carbon and lubricating properties of graphite combine to deliver long service. Type MB compressor seal rings have an outer metal ring to reinforce the carbon/graphite and preserve seal geometry at high speeds.

To prevent stress build-up that can shorten seal life, Carbon follows a proprietary procedure that involves shrink fitting the metal ring over the carbon/graphite, followed by full stress relieving process. To further assure optimum geometry, larger Carbon Type MB seal rings are shipped with a carbon/graphite plug that helps prevent seal damage during storage and handling. The plug is removed prior tobeforeation.
Carbon/graphite grades are chosen to be compatible with the fluids being handled and with the mating seal surfaces. Typical carbon grades used are carbon/graphite with resin impregnation, and Shore Scleroscope hardnesses that range from 77 to 100. For operating temperatures above 500° F, metal-impregnated carbon/graphite is used. The metal also has the appropriate corrosion resistance for the intended.
