Matching the Right Grade to the Application
What separates a serious carbon and graphite product manufacturer from someone simply reselling imported stock is control over the process. We work with resin-impregnated and antimony-impregnated carbon graphite grades depending on what the application demands—resin impregnation for general sealing duty, antimony impregnation where higher hardness and wear resistance matter. For high-temperature service above 500°F, we move to metal-impregnated carbon graphite, since plain resin grades start to give up mechanical strength well before that point. None of this is decided by guesswork; it follows directly from the operating pressure, speed, and temperature a customer hands us on their spec sheet.
